Which technologies does this website use?

This G-Santral product website stores your privacy choice and, with your permission, your motion preference in browser local storage (localStorage). These records are not HTTP cookies and are not sent to the server with every page request. The contact form also uses an essential session cookie for security and duplicate submission checks. No analytics or advertising cookies are created.

This notice covers the product website. G-Santral’s management and agent applications are not part of this website.

Stored preferences

Contact form and security records

The form’s full name, email address, organisation, team size, scope of interest and needs description are sent to bilgi@gsantral.com.tr to review your request and respond. Messages are transmitted over an authenticated, encrypted SMTP connection. They remain in the email provider’s mailbox; form content is not also stored in a website database.

The GSANTRALFORM cookie created on the contact page is used for the browser session. It contains a random session identifier, not your name, email address or message. The server-side form validation token is valid for two hours. Duplicate submission checks store a content digest and processing status rather than the request itself.

To limit abuse, the server stores keyed hashes derived from IP addresses and request times. Form access and submission checks cover the last 10 minutes; email delivery limits cover the last hour. Expired entries are removed at the next check. IPv6 addresses may be grouped by network for these limits. These security records are not used for advertising or visitor analytics. The hosting provider may also maintain its own access and error logs.

Hiranur and Mehmet Emir digital assistants

Hiranur and Mehmet Emir use G-Santral’s prepared product information and topic options; chat text is not sent to an AI service. Your name, chosen form of address, chat and notification sound preference stay only in the current page’s memory. Minimising chat preserves this information; confirming “Start again” or refreshing the page clears it. Chat history is not saved in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage.

An assistant is selected each time a page opens or refreshes and remains the same during an open conversation. To prevent the same assistant appearing more than twice consecutively, the site uses the gs-digital-assistant-v2 sessionStorage record. It contains only the last assistant’s identity, consecutive selection count and two-hour expiry time, not your name, phone number or conversation. It is removed when the tab closes. If storage is blocked, selection remains random but previous choices cannot be remembered.

If you create a demo or quote request, the name and form of address, phone number, optional organisation and preferred contact time, and topic you approve in the summary are sent to bilgi@gsantral.com.tr so the team can respond. The full chat history is not sent. Clearing the chat does not delete a previously sent request from the mailbox. Requests use the same GSANTRALFORM session cookie, two-hour validation token and security controls described above.

The welcome card plays a short message tone. If the browser blocks automatic audio, it waits for your first interaction. To avoid repeating it in the same tab, the gs-assistant-welcome-v1 sessionStorage record stores only a flag showing that the sound played or was dismissed. It contains no personal information and is removed when the tab closes. If storage is blocked, the sound may repeat on each new page. Chat notification sounds start enabled and can be turned off or on using the speaker button. This preference stays in the current page’s memory. If the browser blocks automatic audio, an interaction is required. “Listen to reply” uses an installed voice for the selected site language; chat text is not sent to remote speech services. Voice availability depends on your device. The microphone is not activated and your voice is not recorded.

Bot verification

The contact form and the digital assistant request summary use ALTCHA verification served by our own website. Your browser performs a short computation; our server checks the result against your session and request. Verification is valid for five minutes. This process does not connect to an external verification provider or send your form data to one. Verification data is held in the necessary form session, which has a two-hour application lifetime.

Analytics, advertising and third parties

This product website does not use visitor analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party tracking tools. Logos and product images are loaded from the website’s own files. The site does not send privacy or motion preferences to third parties. The email service used for contact form and assistant requests is described above.

How can you change your choice?

Reopen the settings through “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page. “Essential only” disables experience preference storage and removes any saved motion preference. “Accept all” allows the currently available optional category: experience preferences.

Closing the preference window or continuing to use the site is not treated as consent. If you delete this site’s browser data, you can choose again on your next visit. If persistent storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page.
